Appointment for flu vaccine.

Appointment for patients with an injury.

Appointment for annual physical.
Sports Physical
Appointment for health screening for pre-participation in sports or camp.
Medication Check (Behavioral Health)
Appointment for patients who take daily medication and need a follow up visit to discuss clinical progress.
Well Baby/Child
Appointment for routine well-baby or well-child visit.
