Medical Home

A medical home is an approach to providing comprehensive primary care that facilitates partnership between patients, physicians, and families. Pediatric Partners, along with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), believes that every child deserves a medical home, where care is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, patient- and family-centered, coordinated, compassionate, and culturally effective.  We are also very proud to be the only NCQA Recognized Practice for our NCQA behavioral module integration in the entire state of Florida.

Sensory Room

Pediatric Partners understands that the typical exam room experience can be stressful for some children. That is why we carefully created our ‘Sensory Room’ to accommodate children who might not feel safe in a typical room. The Sensory Room contains adaptable lighting, music and visual cue cards that can be used to put children at ease. Shades can be raised or lowered on the windows to the patient’s preference. The non-traditional examination beds and comfortable seating can make the exam experience less stressful for children and their caregivers.

Adolescent Medicine

The primary care and health challenges of adolescents differ distinctly from those of children and adults. Our interdisciplinary team is experienced in attending to the physical, emotional and social needs of people from puberty though young adulthood. We provide consultation, diagnosis and treatment for health issues that commonly come up during these years.

Care for Chronically ill Children
