The State of Florida Required School & Daycare Vaccine Schedule

The State of Florida requires certain vaccines to be administered before children may enroll and attend daycare and school. Pediatric Partners' new immunization policy, effective June 15, 2022, requires patients to follow the State of Florida's required school and daycare vaccine schedule.
Here is the list of immunizations required:
